  • ‘Head carriage’ (ear lobe levels)
  • Neck, shoulder and scapula symmetry
  • Spinal curvature
  • Arm distance from sides
  • Waist folds
  • Gluteal folds
  • Heel tendon posture
  • Foot posture.

Posture from side should note:

  • Kypho/lordosis
  • Visceroptosis (sinking of and viscera below natural position, 2′ decreased m. tone_
  • Head carriage
  • Scapula winging
  • Knee H. Ext
  • Pelvic tilt
  • Foot posture
  • A-P distribution of weight on feet.

Posture from front should note:

  • Symmetry of patellae
  • Head position
  • Intercostal angle
  • Clavicle angle
  • Foot placement
